We are looking for a full time Flash developer to be part
of our new web/multimedia department. The ideal candidate
will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
and an unrelenting desire to provide our diverse client base
with cutting-edge applications. Your role would include combining
audio/video, graphics, animation and interactivity to create
outstanding multimedia experiences.
ESSENTIALS
2-5 years of professional experience
Expertise in Flash development methodologies (i.e. ActionScript,
component development, XML communication, etc.) and quality
assurance
Web technology knowledge and expertise (i.e.
XML, HTML, DHTML, server side scripting and applications,
databases, etc.)
Creative toolset knowledge and expertise (i.e. Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator, etc.)
Comprehensive knowledge of the Macromedia
product range and competing toolsets
ASSETS
Comprehensive knowledge of the Macromedia product range and

Video Compression
Bilingual (French and English)
IMPORTANT
Possess an extremely high comfort level dealing with clients
and understanding the client/service provider relationship.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proven aptitude for quick creative and technical thinking
with acute attention to detail within demanding deadline
Self-motivated, can work independently without constant supervision.
Applies initiative and creativity when approaching challenges.
Works effectively in an agile, collaborative team of developers
and graphic designers.
