House of Fine Carpentry is a high-end carpentry shop that designs and builds custom cabinets, columns, trim, wainscoting and more on Industrial road in Ottawa. The owner was looking to get a better understanding of how his marketing budget was being spent. He had been spending lots of money on different online and offline marketing channels like print media and Google Adwords but he wasn't sure how effective these channels were at generating leads for his growing business.
The first thing we did was set up goals in Google Analytics so that we could tell how many leads his old strategy was generating. Once the necessary tracking was in place, we made some updates to his website and we optimized his Google Adwords account. Then we launched re-marketing campaigns in Google Adwords and on Facebook that generated leads from unconverted traffic. We also loaded his customer list into Facebook and targeted ads about his custom cabinet division CABIFY.
