The Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement (CFHI) identifies proven innovations and accelerates their spread across Canada by supporting healthcare organizations to adapt, implement and measure improvements in patient care, population health and value-for-money.
Cyan Solutions has been proud to support CFHI’s efforts with a wide variety of work over the years. This includes, but is not limited to, the concept development and graphic design of many annual reports, marketing material, promotional products, video production along with numerous other projects.
Spreading Best Practices was the theme of CFHI's 2014 Annual Report and our client wanted this theme to be present not only in the content but visually throughout. We developed graphic illustrations symbolizing the theme and applied them throughout the report - with the cover highlighting CFHI's collaborations and connections across Canada. The interior pages were heavy on content but we organized it efficiently and introduced nice white space to decrease clutter and increase ease of read. Infographics were also a key feature in the report and we developed a suite of them - depicting problems + solutions and results for each collaborative.
We worked with our client to develop this video for their Northern, Rural or Remote (NRoR) collaborative. Our client provided us with a script and, from there, we spearheaded it's production - from developing storyboards and creating all of the necessary graphics, to executing the video shoots and audio recordings, to developing the motion graphics and, finally, to compiling all of these elements into this one supporting video. Our client was incredibly impressed with the final result and, we must say, so were we!
